Hey thanks for even looking at this,i have a fat psp, with 3.71 m33 with a the 1.50v2, i was having troubles playing my games (mhf2 etc..) and i found these helpful steps.
"Try going to the recovery menu and changing the GAME folder kernel to 3.71. If you have plugins enabled, try to disable them first.
I never experienced that problem before. "
"Here are the settings on my VSH menu that works:
CPU CLOCK XMB: 333/166
CPU CLOCK GAME: 333/166
UMD ISO MODE: Normal
ISO VIDEO MOUNT: NONE"
This worked, so i quit out and tried to load it back up after awhile, and it kept loading the game i had in the umd, so i try going into recovery, but when ever i hit the configure option it freezes in recovery with a black screen, and i'm forced to do a hard reset, (hold power off ten seconds)
any clue what happened? or what i can do? pressing select no longer works on the xmb like it did before....
thanks, semi brick? it seems like its now just sony offical firmware, nothing crashes but the recov mode, besides not being able to do anything useful, bah... this stuff scares me, thanks for the help though.
