I just used my Pandora's battery to upgrade my buddies psp slim 2000 and now I order myself a slim and its model 2001 and the slim magic memory stick and battery combo are just giving me a black screen no memory card light activity, which if memory serves I read a trouble shooter that said that means the memory card is the problem but its the exact same stick I used in the 2000 and I am thinking the model number 2001 is the problem. A few seconds searching didnt reveal any clues as to rather or not the 2001 nut has been cracked yet. If so how can I upgrade to m33 on my psp slim 2001? Thanks in advance!

my slim is model 2001, and it's running 3.71 m33-2 with no problems. if you have the original slim magic memory stick or universal unbricker v1 or v2, you'll have to do a blind install.

if you can, recreate the magic memory stick so it runs the universal unbricker v3. it was redesigned so the menu appears on the psp slim. you will need a fat psp running custom firmware.

did u use a pandora battery or have a fat psp when u used the Despertar Cementerio on ur slim?

lm got a fat psp and slim psp (new one)..on fat lm create despertar_cementerio) then put magic memory and batt (pandora) on slim-2001..
later...work perfect lm on 3.71 m33-2 (slim mod-2001)
also lm put CPS2PSP and PSPradio on Game folder.
so put my av wire to tv....wow!!! work perfet

i noticed a they changed the jack on the slim I told its a tv out any word on software to make it work with 3.71 m33-2 ?
Or do i just need to order the plug/adapter from Sony and it works already?

you just need the cables. it will display on official or custom firmware.

but if you want to play games on the tv. you will need the component cables (r/g/b) and a tv that can display 480p. the regular composite cables (y/r/w) can only display the xmb menu.
