Is it Safe to download content for PSP games on CFW?

My friend said that Megaman Powered Up has download able content so you can play the game as Roll and I would like to do so.

I am on CFW 3.52 M33-4 and want to know if it is safe to do so using an .cso of the game (I am worried Sony will pick up my CFW and ban me like Microsoft did to softmodded Xboxes)?

Don't worry nothing will happen. I've downloaded things for worms which is a ISO and I play online with MGSPOps.
