after getting the E74 now, ive been doing some googling and it seems the scaler chip is at fault,,( couple of you lot here also mentioned it) soo rang place i got 360 from, he said "sorry its dead, cant be fixed, its a rare thing,"
not if he comes on here and reads,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so can a scaler chip be replaced,mended,,fixed what ever???/ got 2 boys here tormenting their mother to bits to get this fixed.

The IC can be replaced.
It would require someone with very good soldering skills, the tools, and the time to do it.
