i followed all directions on the screen after inserting the battery then after reboot the video dont come on at first only sound, but if i let it sit without touching buttons the video comes on but once i touch a button the video shuts back off..

no clue, maybe try installing the firmware again or try pressing the brightness button. go to 3.71 M33-2.

if u on 3.71 m33 go to Recovery Menu,then choice advanced->Format flash1 and reset settings.
