1.5 firmware psp whats the best thing to do?

Hi I just unbricked my psp
And its on the firmware 1.5
What is the best thing for me to do?
Update to another firmware or what
And is there a firmware where I can play games for free

Also credit goes to deez_nuts for unbricking my psp

best thing to do is to upgrade to a custom firmware, 3.71 M33-2 in my opinion.
