this is what you do.
1)Download the files on your pc and save it to a location.
2)insert your memory card into psp.
3)connect usb cable.
4)transfer the files onto your memory card.
5)install the cfw on your psp from the options under GAME.

3.51 - You need Pandoras Battery or the Unoversal Unbricker to downgrade this PSP. This requires a phat PSP running CFW or 1.50
