Ok, so I have a modded 360 now, and I'm stoked on it.

Now I know this is a far ways off, but what's up with homebrew on it? We just can't find a way to register the discs, or how to itneract with the hardware, or what?

It seems to me that if we could reverse engineer the iso's that we have, we could see what makes 'em tick, but of course, that's not easy either.

So I was wondering what stage (if any) the 360 homebrew scene is at?

They can now access all 3 cores of the cpu and they've got Linux running. But it's still going to be awhile until there's anything available for the "non techies".

yes, the day will eventually come and it will be a great day for 360 owners. I just hope they can get a lot of the same type of functions from a 360 that they did with the older Xbox like:
saving games to hard drive
upgrading the hard drive to larger sizes
media functions like XBMC
FTP capability for transferring files
