No Sound in Vista Ultimate

I'm a little confused. I just recently bought a new HDD and installed Vista Ultimate on it and everything runs fine, but my speakers don't have any sound. They're logitech speakers and they work fine because when I boot to Windows XP x64 (on the other HDD) the speakers work great. What's weird is that when playing music or anything, it shows that the speakers are working and are active but I hear nothing. Does anyone have an idea what to do?!

PS. I thought about getting the Vista drivers for the speakers on their website, but I couldn't find my speakers on there.

have u checked the sound to see if it was on in the control pannel->hardware and sound->adjust volume

I did. I checked all the properties, it says everything is working, the only Digital Output Device (SPDIF) says it's working but I'm still not getting anything. I don't know what Logitech speakers I have (not that it matters, logitech hasn't released any Vista drivers for speakers) but they're silver and black. 2 Speakers and 1 Subwoofer or whatnot.

Despite not getting many ideas from other sites or from here, no offense, I found the problem or at least as far as I can tell. I was using Realtek's audio driver in XP and I just installed it again and it seems to be working now. Hope this helps others who have had audio problems with Vista.
