Dreambox 500c - Cannot descramble channels ??

I have a dreambox that works fine but my friend bought one that didn't come configured like mine, so i said I would have a go at getting it to work.

I copied all my files from my dreambox on to his.

When I turn the Dreambox on I get all the FTA channels but when I try Sky Sports I get "cannot descramble this channel".

Obviously I am missing something but what is it?
