still can't retrieve FFVII disc 2 save

I have tried several things and still don't get it.I downloaded some tool where u can change the game disc codes but they were allready the same.I have 2 FFVII save folders and I change what i think was disc 2 save to same number as 1 and that don't work.I am all into this game and never beat it so I would desperatley like to figure out this save issue

well.. what version were you running when it DID work? a previous DAX OE? or did you maybe re-convert the game to psp again using different images for the EBOOT?

was you're file saved on the psp? might be a dumb question, did you update your firmware above a 3.30 custom firmware if you did the newer firmware might not recognize it, it should normally convert it though, or did you downgrade to a lower firmware? or you could have changed the numbers wrong you say you think it was disc 2 save you might have changed the disc one save number to a disc 2 save number by accident, what program did you use?

I am on 3.40 oe-a (sorry to leave that out).I have two ffvii folders and tried changing both names and still no luck.I have no doubt its prolly something stupid i am doing or not doing.I did save on to psp and confirmed by loading disc one and checking.Is there anyway i could send my saves to someone to "fix".I appreciate the help either way ,this forum is great.
