How to get ULanunchELF to run on PS2

I have burned the ULaunchELF on a DVD, and my PS2 recognises the DVD as a PS2 Disc, however it does not load. On the Ps2 Browser it shows the disc and when i click on it to load nothing happens. Please help, what am i doing wrong? Plz Plz help

You need to get Ulaunch.elf onto a memorycard with the Independance exploit, and a PSX game to boot it.

This link helped alot it has everything already compiled so you just burn the disc and put it in. and it explains a easier way the the independence exploit. Just follow the directions. It says matrix infinity but the idea should apply to pretty much anything else. I only burned one disc but have both hdloader and Ulaunch elf on my mem card. Ulaunch as a dev1 and hdloader just on the memory card so that i can start inside of ulaunch.
