I have heard various rumors that it is possible to downgrade a psp w/0 pandora's help.......Is this TRUE anybody??????

there are factors to put in.

1. depends on the psp. fat or slim?

2. depends on firmware (FOR FATS ONLY)
-2.80 and lower can be done with the tiff exploit or downgrader
-2.81 to 3.11 can be done with unpatched grand theft auto: liberty city stories and exploit
-3.30 to 3.50 can be done with lumines: puzzle fusion and exploit
-3.51 and above WILL NEED pandora's battery or universal unbricker.

3. ALL PSP SLIM WILL NEED PANDORA'S BATTERY OR UNIVERSAL UNBRICKER TO PUT CUSTOM FIRMWARE.

I've checked. You cant downgrade OFW 3.51 and over without pandoras battery. It's not an alternative.

Exactly my point, you cant downgrade 3.51 without pandora's battery which you need a PSP running 1.50 or custom firmware to make

I think that the PSP hackers will never produce a downgrader for 3.51++.The exploits get harder in every firmware.The only hope for 3.51++ downgrader is for later firmware version from Sony that would've been carelessly done, so the hackers can get a grip of the exploit and make 3.51++ firmwares downgradeable.So presently, Pandora is the key fo 3.51++.
