Do you mind if I ask what makes you think that?

I think the Eurovox are very good, and am struggling with a few dboxs! (If anyone is looking for a bargain on a dbox PM me!!).

The dbox is by far the best , the support is vastly available. I go to techno source for all my needs. Are you part of the staff over there big dunc?. One of the main reasons people like it so much is because it is a linux based reciever. Oh and how much for the dbox m8?

I was gonna buy a digivox from a mate in dublin but opted for a nokia d-box instead, still not sure I was right, what about the tuner etc, I heard that the nokia does a better job of scanning channels etc...

Thats not true to be honest mate , however the nokia dbox is a better option of the two. Its proved to be more reliable , You made the right choice . Theres a storm brewing at the minute and the dbox looks like it has the upper hand over the other cable receivers as its more widely supported. Other boxes may be down for longer untill there is a fix , check out http://www.i'manidiot.com edited by ddp for all the latest updates...

I was/am a big dbox2 fan, but am struggling to get a few of them up and running, even though they are using the same image etc. as ones that are working perfectly. Have been going around in circles with some of them, while other I just flash and they seem to work no problem.

this is all very interesting even though I only moderately understand what you guys are talkin about...

If I am using NTL in Dublin, how long can you perceive will we get away with all of this before they up their game?
