Is there any way to use an XBOX 360 wireless controller on my laptop using a spare wireless router or using my internal wireless card?

Ok, thanks. I knew about this but the last time I looked at it the price was about $35 so I didn't feel like buying it.

Yes, i have one of those for my PC and they work great. The only thing i did not like is that you have to initialize it to the controller like with the console. And then when you want to use it with the console you have to initialize it back. And do this each time you want to use it with the other.

That and you can sometime accidentally turn on the console when turning on the controller if you forget to initialize it to the wireless adapter first.

then you will have no problems at all. I like the wireless aspect but truthfully i like the Logitec wireless game pad i like even better because you can adjust things like your access sensitivity and which buttons perform what actions. They even have PC controllers that have software that will program the controller buttons for certain games just like my keyboard does.

Yea, I think I may just go with the Logitech one and I could save a few bucks and get a wired one. I don't really need wireless for a computer, im right in front of it.

you can have wireless for just a few dollars more than the regular if that is what you really want.
$32.99 for the wired version and $34.99 for wireless.
The 360 controller and USB wireless adapter package is $59.99 so you would still save.

Wait, I already got one of those, lol. I have the Logitech Dual Action one and I also remembered that i have a PS2/GC/XBOX to USB adapter. Now to just find it :D
