Wii+Orange broadband livebox = no go?

I just got my orange broadband live box and my wii does not seem to want to connect with it. I do every thing fine then it gives me an error and says "could not connect to the internet".
Any one inthe Uk have this problem or is willing to help?

I used to have orange and the live box and mine worked fine. Make sure your inputing all the correct security codes.

Cancel your Orange contract and start over with a proper ISP, like Fast.

have you tried pressing the number 1 or 2 button on your livebox before searching for connections on your wii ?
i have done this and it works fine.
