Right I`m new to after dawn, so bare with me. I know what I`m doing...i think with my psp. I have a 2gb sony pro duo memory stick that works fine, so i`m doing everything the same as that with my 4gb one. Here`s the thing, I`ve had two fake ones that haven`t worked. I thought it was because they were fake. I`m actually now in Japan so trhought I`d buy a real one and that doesn`t work, so I`ll tell you the problem and you can judge if I`m being retarded or not. I`ve done the whole downgrading thing. I`m now now running m33 3.52 custom firmware. I`ve run 1.50 3.03 oe`s (all them). The problem is that my psp recognises the card. It can accept pictures, but just not games. Well some. ATV off-road is there. It seems to play a couple, but i want to get all games workin. It won`t recognise lotsa games i bought...it just says that there are no games on the memory stick, but i can see by how much space i have left that they`re on there. Even when i run devhook it sees the games are there but won`t start them even using 3.11 firmware. Please help!

Just so we can rule out the obvious ones, did you format the card with the PSP or your computer. Try formatting it with the PSP instead of your computer if that is that case. I had a 4gb card that wouldn't work until I did that.

yep. Done all the obvious things. It basically reacts the same as the ones that i have bought and decided were fake which means they might not be after all. It might just be my psp or something i`m doing.

First off make sure your at 3.52 M33-4 update. If your only at 3.52 M33 then go HERE and follow the guide toward the bottom to install the M33-4 update.

After your at 3.52 M33-4 go HERE and follow the steps to see if you can get the ISO/CSO working properly.

Updated. Formatted the card. Done everything listed, but still it wont recognise lotsa games. The weird thing is, I know the cards real, as i bought it from an electrical retailer. It says Magicgates supported, but the games seem to get recognised on my 2gb card, so it cant be the card or my psp, so i dunno whats wrong. Are there any other settings in the configuration that i should have enabled or disabled? Im not sure which ones im meant to have. Ive done everything mentioned in the last thread, but is there anything stupid that i coul be overlooking? I need more room for games. Please help!!!

Are there any settings I can change on the pro duo card itself? Also, apologies for the bad grammer in the last post.

If the games work on a 2GB disk like you said above then it has to be the 4GB Memory Stick that is causing the issue. Take it back to the electronic store and exchange it for another 1.
