So my dad recently bought the PSP Movie Creator online to put movies on his PSP. Well it works perfect on his laptop, but when I installed the program on my comp to put movies on my PSP I keep getting a few error messages, but the main error message is this...
"The default DVD audio encoder is not compatible.
Go to "Options" menu -> DVD Settings and choose a different DVD Audio Decoder. You may use AC3 Filter as your DVD audio decoder"
Well as soon as I hit ok to exit the error message box this pops up...
"Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed. Try to exit and run again. If you see this message quite often, please upgrade your directX to version 9.0c or above."
Well my dad bought the software. He is away in the military and doesnt know what to look for exactly, but read that the PSP Movie Creator Program was good and easy to use.
I am running Windows XP SP2
Codec? I have read a little about that. I have Nero on my computer, but the program usually just uses its own defaults. It works perfect on my dads laptop with the program defaults. When looking for codecs what exactly am I looking for? I also got an error message telling me I didnt have Intervideo, or WinDVD installed on my comp. Dont know what that has to do with anything haha
Does it do DVD's? The thing I liked most about PSP Movie Creator is that it pretty much set everything up for you. No tweaking this and that. You just hit record and you just leave it alone until you transfer it over to your psp. I wrote the PSP Movie Creator Tech Support, but doubt I'll get a reply. They dont even have a number to call for tech support. That was the first program that really worked out great(on my dads laptop)Its just really crappy that there are so many problems with it on my comp.
