You can actually go to NewEgg and look for SATA Cards there! Sometimes in the comments people say if it worked with Flashing a 360!

no one can help you. The thread you were liked to tells you what type of chipset the SATA card must have. All of that depends on which DVD drive your 360 has, which you did not say yet.
