my 360 was flashed wrong wont play games

okay so i was pretty pumped about flashing my firmware i read over many tuts. i studied for hours and i thought i would use the iprep tool. i made my boot disk ran the idump backed up my orig so yes i still have it along with the drive key so any ways it finished i turned off both consols xbox 360 and pc the turned em both on waited fot dos to load pluged in the sata to 360 drive procceded with iflash xxxxxxx xxxxx
all four of the banks completed so i switched them off hooked the 360 drive to the mother board threw in a regular game and it said to play this put it in a xbox 360 console
i dont no whats wrong
i have nforce3 built in to my board
and the samsung ms25 drive

There has to be a problem with the key in your flashed firmwware. I hope your orig.bin and key are good, because if not all that 360 will ever be is a DVD player that can play XBL arcade games and demos.

can you tell if my orig file is ok?

You need to open your original.bin file with Firmware Toolbox 4.5
If your key shows all F's or All 0's then you just bricked your drive.
All that research didn't tell you to check your original.bin first before flashing? I know I've said it countless times.. Hope it all works out for you and you do get a valid key.

well i dont have that program is there a way i can reflash the orig file so my drive goes back to factory default?
i think my orig.bin file and drive key are correct
i tried to flash it earlyer but it ask me when in dos
NV nivida blah 1
NV nivida blah 2
one is master drive in which linked to the 360 dvd
when i hit 1 it just blinks
could i use a win32 app to write the fw back on?

nope..
here is a link to the firmware toolbox to check your original firmware...

to reflash the drive you will still have to use the iprep bootdisk and run in DOS...

can some one explain the 10 sec trick cause when i try to flash my drive it sits at the ports doing nothing

is the only method for hangging ports 0800 mode on the ms25?

Since you flashed it with a hacked firmware the drive has to be flash like a MS28 now since that's basically what it is. All the hacked Samsung firmware have been base off MS28 for about a year now. You can check out PS2menace's guide. Note I had to make a few adjustments from what he posted for my own flashing.
