Yeah, you don't need to buy nothing else really...
Downloads will do it all for you...
What are you trying to do to your PSP exactly?

Great DO NOT upgrade it, just get the 2.80 SONY Firmware , google it, then get the 2.80 Downgrader, you will get to 1.50 and then you can upgrade it to the custom firmware you want, tis easy.
PSP (+[__]%): 2.80 < 1.50 > 3.40OE-A > 3.71M33-4 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-3 > 4.01m33-2 + 8gb MSPD
PS3 HD 60GB: 1.33 > 1.90 > 2.01 > 2.17 - NO OS
Nintendo DS [+[__]%]: EZ Flash 5 Plus + 1GB MicroSD + EZFlash 3in1
Nintendo Wii: 3.2U + 1GB SD Card + WiiKey 1.9s

This firmware can be downgraded without Pandora. Search google 2.60 downgrader to 1.50.

The firmware can be downgraded without pandora but I think Pandora's really the easiest thing for you AnimAXX...
Just go to the Pandora sticky thread or Universal Unbricker sticky thread and run that and you're pretty much sorted...
If you use Pandora to get down to 1.50 then do a straight upgrade to 3.71M33-2, if you use the Universal Unbricker than that will dash you straight into 3.71M33-2 anyway...
I think that's the best solution cos then you don't have to worry about bricking your PSP...

It would actually be easier to use the downgrader as he will need a PSP with 1.50 or CFW to make the pandora battery, many users find downgraders a lot easier than pandora as they dont have a CFW enabled PSP when they are trying to downgrade.

You have an option of three different downgraders; the 2.60 downgrader, the 2.71 downgrader and the 2.80 downgrader... you might want to do a little research into which has the highest success rate :)
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
PS3 3.01 - iPod Touch 2G 16GB Jailbroken - Xbox 360 60GB - PC, Q6600, 3GB DDR2, GTX260 (216) 896MB
