Safe place to buy a DMS4 SE Pro chip from

Hi I am trying to find a safe place to buy a DMS4 SE Pro chip from.
I have researched alot of sellers of the chip and they either are out of stock, over seas or have bad feedback {never ships or bad chips}
like www.modchip.com has a lot of complaints.
I have gone over DMS's seller list for th us/can with no luck

Does anyone have any recommendations for a safe seller ??
