Having a speaker wire type thing would be messy and almost guarantee something would get shorted out, especially in confines as small as the Wii's circuitry.

I was just giving an example of the idea, not saying that thats how it would be, just stopping the "Oh you solder it into the chip not the mobo"

hey whats up yall been checking wlip for days ENGLISH VERSION now up pass it along was going to make new thread but its up to you guys look like wlip not due to near christmas time we will see,, had a question im going to get wiinja deluxe looks like you just plug it in will i still have to solder the wire to reset switch?????

I checked the website and they will be taking orders for Xmas.
Im keen to get this as I have heard a few horror stories about soldering on the wii,could be cost prohibitive though as the mod chip will have to be purchased seperately..

yeah the idea is nice.

I'd like to see something like it for the D2Cs. If you look at all the installs for the D2C keys you can see that all the wires are soldered to the legs of one particular IC, so I would assume if they can make a cap for the As and Bs they should be able to make one for the Cs as well.

Only time will tell I guess.
