Well i have enough money for a slim and ive pretty much been ignoring the slim's news, and im wondering because i like the tv output thing that if a can downgrade the psp (I know you cant get 1.5) and play homebrew on the tv put iso and play them on the tv etc.

yeah u can, u need a dark alex unbricker v3 to take u there, u need a homebrew enabled psp to do this tho. iso's and eboots work fine. the only thing is homebrew doesnt work, some of it doesnt work at all because the slim doesnt report 1.50. if u can mod it tho it is better then getting a phat psp.

wat do u mean when u say that homebrew doesnt work. like is it that some games dont work or wat. i just upgarded my psp to 3.71 M33-2 so i want to know wat i cant do and wat i can.

slim doesnt have 1.50 kernel which some homebrew might run on it

thus thats what marilino mean by some homebrew not working ^^

which mean the compatibility of using homebrew on slim is lower than phat,at tis moment i think..maybe some1 will make it to work in the future.but anyway only some does not work..its good to have slim,it would be handy in the future.

probly wunt happen, the easier thing (its being done now) to do is for the HB developers to make it psp slim friendly. most major apps are being made for the slim as well as the phat.

is tht mean tht slim does not have many extra feat than phat?coz i'm planning to get slim sometime in the future..

technicaly it does have more features, the only bad thing is the bad homebrew support.

so thts it??now i am thinking it would be wasting my money bcoz it is almost the same as phat..so i am gonna stick with phat at tis moment..

yeah, i would too, if i didnt have a phat tho, i'd certainly go for the slim.it does have new features, just not on the 'custom' side of things.
