hello!

i have a slim with 3.71 M33-2. i want to ask if it is possible to play mp3s while at the same time playing ISO game?

Yes, IR Shell(the link posted by anto) will let you play mp3 files while playing any game. Even though I recommend you to mute the UMD sound, since it will kinda break the game's sound.
