I have not updated the firmware on my wiikey just wondering if i need to as i have had no problems playing wii or gamecube backups,is there anything i really need in the wiikey update?

after reading wiikey 1.9 update readme this is what concerns me:
various "smaller" improvements/fixes |
- workaround for FW 3.0 gameid limitation
i am already running 3.1e with no problems so should i update or not?
somebody please give me some advice

Run the update to the WiiKey firmware. Future problems you encounter might be unique - everyone else will have their firmware updated. Besides... the update fixes bugs! Why wouldn't you!?
