You mean just PSP game wise? There used to be a format called DAX, way back in the 1.50 days :) it's roughly the same as CSOs are.

If you want to make a CSO smaller, rip things out of the ISO and then convert it over.

PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
PS3 3.01 - iPod Touch 2G 16GB Jailbroken - Xbox 360 60GB - PC, Q6600, 3GB DDR2, GTX260 (216) 896MB

No and no, it can't be done...

Use a Pandora Battery (Or Univesal Unbricker) to go to custom firmware, THEN you can play CSOs and ISOs.

PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
PS3 3.01 - iPod Touch 2G 16GB Jailbroken - Xbox 360 60GB - PC, Q6600, 3GB DDR2, GTX260 (216) 896MB

Guess you don't understand how firmware works?

First of all: Demos are demos, not full games, they're made as eboots, you can't just make full games into eboots just like that...

Secondly: ISOs and CSOs are unsigned, same as if we made an eboot of them. This means they can't run on officia firmware, official demos however have been signed by Sony, that's why they work.

You need custom firmware on your PSP to play ISO/CSO files. With firmware 3.60 you need to use the universal unbricker to upgrade to CFW
