Evox won't play DVD?

For some reason I cannot play a DVD from Evox. I have the DVD attachment and Evox says that it reads the DVD as a movie but it won't play it. Any ideas or tips? Thanks in advance for any help.

My guess is that you should install a media player... but why bother when you can go to the MS Dashboard and load it from there
