3 ways

Easiest: Get pandora v3 so you can downgrade and upgrade inmediatly to 3.71 M33-2

2nd Upgrade to 3.03 and get a copy of the Unpatched GTA Liberty Cities to downgrade, you need to look up the kit

3rd upgrade to 3.50 and get a Lumines game and downgrade using the 3.50 downgrader, good luck!

its easy but u need a friend who has a homebrew-enabled psp
