Notice the Monkey in the upper left hand corner. They also changed the shortcut to the monkey.

I haven't got around to installing this one, i'm lagging behind for a change, still using 3.2.1.0 on my PC's

Installed 4.0.0.5 Beta the other day on my machines, the look of the program alone was worth the update, it's very smart. I'm sure the program's updates are working ok too :P

The beta 4.0.0.0 has been stable for me on WindowsXP Pro and Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10 with Wine. I just upgraded to the beta 4.0.0.8 on Ubuntu and all seems to work well
