Okay I have a directv brand dvr and am trying to watch ppv on it. I went through the whole process using the remote and ordered a movie, but the screen was black for the first 5 minutes of the movie! I thought maybe it was just the channel, so I went to a different movie and ordered, but got the same thing. Does anyone know what would cause this? I tried dtv cust support, but they say check the phone line and it didn't work
