i pressed enter and now it says, :format cannot run because the volume is in use by another process.format may run if this volume is dismounted first. all opened handles to this handle would then be invalid. would u like to force a dismount on this volume (y/n)

Format the card first with your PSP (Back up any data you'd want to keep) then try again, if it still gives that message, then press Y.

Press enter, then take your memory stick out, disconnect USB, then put the memory stick back in, then see what it says on the program.
