How do you watch video? Do you have to download a media player? Everty site that I go to with video or FLASH it is unable to play. Please let me know

MY PS not PSP. I am sorry for the previous post stating that I cannot use youtube.com etc. What I really need to know is.... I went onto NBC.com to watch last weeks HEROES episode and the screen goes blanc and says there is not enough memory. Then I went onto another site to view some video's (Not sure which site) and when I clicked onto the video it took me to another screen and says Unsoprted format for viewing. Why does it not let me watch every video I choose. ANd how do I solve this problem? If anyone has experienced this problem and has solved it please let me know.
