hi all, first time poster, ive looked through the previous posts trying to find an answer but cant find anything useful, wondering if someone could help or point me in the right direction.... (sorry for the long rambling explination)

i bought a 1.5 psp about 6 months ago, upgraded to 3.4 oe, downgraded back to 1.5 then up to m33 3.52, and everything worked fine for months...

the other day i downloaded a few flash games and they never worked so i wildly jabbed around in the settings and configuration menu in recovery.. they still never worked so i deleted the flash games, then my iso's stopped working, they show up ok in the games list, when started the PSP startup screen and jingle play, then the screen goes black and turn off after a few seconds..

i downgraded back to 1.5 through the recovery menu, then re-installed m33 3.52, but im getting the same problems of black screen when starting the games.. ive tried old and new games.. all get black screen..

is my psp bricked? is there anything i can do? can anyone point me in the direction of a previous post explaining?
any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks in advance

Go HERE and follow the steps to see if you can get the ISO.CSO playing again.

omg, thanks so much, damn im a fool.. if anyone else had the same prob this is what fixed it for me...

Quote:

Go into recovery mode (Hold R shoulder button down while turning on PSP)
Now go to configuration then to UMD MODE and keep pressing X till you see Sony NP9660 NO UMD.
When it is set to the above setting go to BACK and press X.
Now go to ADVANCED and press X.
Go to ADVANCED CONFIGURATION and press X.
Make sure all the settings here are disabled.
Now EXIT out of recovery.
Now try the ISO/CSO.
