hey guys. this weekend i built my own computer and got everything running, after a little trouble installing windows. now i have installed a few drivers and tried to install microsoft works. but when i turn the computer on a screen comes up that says windows did not start properly and there are 5 choices, safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with something else, start with last working settings, and start up normally. i have picked the normal one, and also last working settings, and then the windows startup thing goes (the one with the blue bar going under the windows logo) but after a little bit it stops and the computer restarts. if anyone knows what is wrong please help. thank you

This is the screen that comes up when Windows did not fully start up -- you can choose different variations of Safe Mode to fix the problem. Can you start up in Safe Mode? As ZoSoIV said, it's probably a driver problem, but it could be corrupted system files, or anything else.
