The question asked was can the Pandora Battery downgrade a 3.71 Official PSP.

SLIM firmware can not be downgraded to 1.50 so no the Pandora Battery can not downgrade a SLIM PSP.

deperator cemetrino v3 installs 3.71 M33-2 firmware but there is no downgrading to it.
