Recovery Folder Confusion ?

Hello
I have 3.51 M33 custom firmware and it works fine but before I software mod it anymore I'd like to have some reassurance that I can back myself up. Where can I download the recovery folder from and in which file do I put it in, also if anything did happen how do I use it to recover ? I'm planning on flashing a new XMB. So this would reassure me greatly.

The recovery folder can be found in the link in my sig (PSP Apps).

To use, boot up PSP in recovery mode and press run program at PSP\GAME\UPDATE.

Put the update folder into X:\PSP\GAME\

This will only work on semi-bricks (If you can still access recovery mode)

With full bricks you will need pandoras battery / UV Unbricker to unbrick.
