I was just wondering. If you rip a game to the HD then to the DVD+R DL is it pre-patched already? Can it be played on XBL without being detected as a copy? If it helps I have xtream firmware and I am using a keron flashed samaung DVD ROM.

If you mean from the original disc using Xbox Backup Creator and the Samsung DVD-Rom drive (SH-D162C or SH-D163A) then the answer is yes.

So it wont be detected on XBL if ripped from the original copy with the Xbox Backup Creator

It will be a stealth copy, which right now is as good as it gets. To say that it can not be detected is something that no one really knows. As of right now people are not being banned.
