Hello

I have a D2B with legs missing and point 3 missing...The procedure I would do would be this: http://www.wiikeyguide.com/images/WiiKey-Install-Diagram-D2B.jpg

However thats for a d2b without the 3 legs cut...

What do you think? Do I really have to get working with a dremmel on the IC in order to get my GC2-D2B modded with wiikey?

Well 25EUR is as much as it costs to get a dealer to put in the chip :p
It doesnt look like much of a bargain to me.
