i've never used it so what is it?
and can i used it on 3.71 m33-2?
any link to installation guide? i tried to search but can't find.

its a cheat engine like action replay and gameshark except free.
Yes you can use it on 3.71 m33-2.

just download from here: http://cwcheat.consoleworld.org/
copy seplugins from ms_root_371 to the root of your memorystick.
Go to recoverymode> plugins and enable cwcheat.prx

then ingame hold select to choose your cheats :D

when i go to recovery -> plugin, i see 3 of them

cwcheat [disabled]
cwcheat 1.50 [disabled]
cwcheat pops [disabled]

so which one should i enable?

just enable all of them :P
the first is for psp gmaes
the second i dont know what its for
the third is for ps1 games i think
