MS - Magic stick - is it stuck as a magic stick or able to be used as a normal stick after?

I glanced somewhere where i read the MS is formatted "logically"... and can't be used normally after?

a) what does it mean to be logically formatted. i couldnt see anything on it...
b) is it able to be formatted back and used normally? or stuck as a magic stick?

A)Logically formatted means the MS is clear of any folders.I.E. the PSP folder, MP_ROOT folder etc.

B)You can format it on the PSP, and it goes back to normal, but without a magic MS, the Pandora will not work, so unless you really need the MS, then you can format it that way.

thing is we baught a 2gb card and if it couldnt be formatted back we wanted to buy a smaller one.

just an akward explanation in help files i suppose. so really it just is a full format [rather than a quick format] in windows terms...
aka clear all the files on the flash drive...

its just a normal stick with special files after its a "magic stick" so raelly nothing really happens to the stick other than palcing files on it... tehnically u could save stuff in another folder and its no problem

No, no.I personally have not tried using the stick normally when created into a magic MS.I don't think it will work right.Just format the memory stick via the PSP then you're good to go.
