I have a japanese wii and i want to update my wiikey.

If i run the Japanese version of update is everything going to be in Japanese. (ie: the setup menus?) Or is it all straight forward?

And what is the difference between update 1.9b and config 1.3?

Can someone explain to me what each does?

It'll be in English.

1.9b is to make the Wiikey have more features. Config. disc is to configure the Wiikey's settings.
