You'll need to downgrade to 1.50 first to be able to use custom themes, either from 3.03 with GTA:LCS (Unpatched version) or 3.50 with Lumines, then up to a custom firmware.

Or, if you really want... upgrade to 3.71 official firmware and you have limited support for custom themes (Would advise against it).

this is getting of topic but 3.40 oe i think it is but that makes it act like 1.50 and i tink i heard about one thats 3.71 oe or sumthin am i right?

Yes, custom firmware 3.40 OE-A, also the newer 3.52 M33-4 or 3.71 M33-2 (The 3.71 OE you mentioned).

You need to reduce the size of your sig - waaay over the limit of 50kb - yours is double that.

I have not tested it, but you should research on the list, some homebrew works in 3.71m33-2 with the addon of 1.50-2 and some DONT work.
