My xbox360 just started now after 1 year of ownership to freeze after 3-10 minutes of gameplay on anygame i put in..but it'd stay on if i left in on the dash menu it'd stay on forever..i want to know if i can fixs this or will i have to call the good old microsoft cusomer support line..(damm)

It's either your laser is going or it's dirty. A friend of mine had a similar problem and when i opened up is console, i was amazed to see the amount of dust he had inside his console. You could use a laser cleaner to clean it. Lasers are not expensive, about $20 and it's simple to replace it.
