3.71 m33-2 can't read ISO f

I recently upgraded my PSP firmeare to 3.71m33-2 at a shop. previously it was a sony 3.40 firmware. Tried to load ISO file onto my mem stick creating a game folder in te root menu as per normal but when I scroll to the mem card game menu. It says ' there are no games'. Where have I done wrong? Is there any problmes with 3.71m33-2 firmware? I had no problem installing the custom themes. Help from the Pros here please.

the game's go into the iso folder on the main part of ur psp

the folder are

ISO ur iso game goes inside this folder
MP_ROOT
MUSIC
PICTURE
PSP
VIDEO
