I have searched and found that in order to use imgburn correctly you have to change some settings. Will these changed settings interfere with burning other types of ISO files (Example: my backedup DVD movies, or backedup ps2 games. Will i have trouble burning these types of ISO with the new settings or will I have to manually change these settings everytime a different ISO is burned.

well, with the newest version of IMGburn you only have to change the layer break when you are not burning with the .DVD file. If you use the ISO file then you have to set it and it will effect any other ISO you try to burn on dual layer media, but should not effect single layer media.
