So, I know that it is possible to Dump the BenQ Firmware, But is there a nother firmware that i can put on it like ixtreme or something??? Is there a guide how to to it somewhere, then how do i make backups of games?? So here is what i want to know,

They made an iXtreme Firmware for the BenQ Drives! That's the only firmware that is out for the BenQ! So to answer your questions:
1. Yes you can dump your BenQ Firmware and put the iXtreme on it
2. No, you can only use the Firmware that was made for the BenQ (which as of now, is only the iXtreme made for the BenQ)
3. There is a Sticky in the Xbox 360 section (actually you can find a few) that gives steps on how to burn games for it!
You'll have to do some reading up on it though, as you can only use Dosflash to read/write the firmware for the Benq. Check out the threads on Xboxhacker for more info.
