Here we go!

1- Why is it possible to create a Magic stick if you have a regular PSP
but that you cannot send the files to create pandora battery to other people?

2- When I open the battery(to make a pandora by cutting the pin), can I just remove the lithium battery then cut the pin and then put it back in?(so I don't have to worry about short and stuff)
