I have 2 360's both hitachis with the ring of death where can i get them fixed? i cant do it myself. please point me to the right site cuz this sux!private message me if you don't want to post it here. or ill pay someone to do it for me!

just ring microsoft they come take it away for about 3 weeks the
number should be in the instruction booklet

Try this for the US:

1-800-4MY-XBOX

International (direct dial to U.S.): 425-635-7180


I think one of those should work. As long as you haven't chipped your 360 it should be under warranty. They cover red light warranty for 3 years now.

If your not in US, just look up 'support and XBOX360' in google and it will automatically go to your countries support n#.

Where do you live DAMANAMS?

I run an Xbox 360 repair service in the UK, so if you live in the UK you can send them to me. I advertise it through eBay so you can check out my feedback and we both get covered by eBay and/or Paypal so it's all safe and secure.

Have u tried doing the towel thing. My xbox has had the ring of death for the past few months. I did the towel trick last weekend and now I'm playing my 360 again! It may only be temporary, but if you want to get playing again, give it a shot.
