Is there a CD based PS2-DVD launcher?

Basically my PS2 keeps eating my Swap Magic DVD discs and I'm constantly having to buy new sets. As I can't afford a new PS2 right now, I was wondering if there was a CD based PS2-DVD launcher I could use that would essentially double the life of each set I get.

cd based would not help you or your laser. ever put a cd game in ? it sounds like it wants to come out. cd games spin supper fast.stick with swap magic dvd version.. i dont think there is or ever will be a cd swap disk to boot a dvd .. because of gb difference ..if it looks scratched try to buff the bottom of it with some mild rubing compound and a buffer.. worked for me a few times..

Honestly, it's like the PS2 perposly eats the most important parts. The problem I get is it has to click twice and if it does happen to, we take a gamble at the "Playstation 2" actually coming up. It could take 50 goes just to get these discs going. I have a bunch of other discs and I'm looking to see if there is a way I can take a long way round in booting up a game. It'll take time before I actually get a new set and I'm looking for a temporary solution.

Hang on, are you saying theres no CD based Swap Magics that can be used to boot PS2 DVD games? Thats incorrect because I have Swap Magic 3 on CD and I use the TOC refresh method to play my backup PS2 DVD games.
